I can’t do this, but I want to learn. I did make those lovely curls in the picture above with the plane at the Menz Shed here in Otaki.

I’d love to find someone in Otaki who can teach me. Failing that I think Google is my friend and lots of trial and error.

I might post images as I go. In the meantime, the images are for my inspiration.
